Stiletto fitness

Evolution has not adapted us for walking in high heels, hence the problems with joints, bone deformation foot, leg and back pain in women who often go on tenterhooks.
For those women who have the high-heeled shoes can not or do not want to resign, the resulting classes "fitness on pins and needles" exercises are designed to strengthen the appropriate muscles. Classes consist of two parts - 45 minute workout and 15 minutes of walking, running and dancing in heels. For now, classes are popular in the United States, but hopefully will come to Europe soon.
